How is my personal information used?

Only to create and maintain your account and ship your gift upon completing the requirements.  Any info that you provide to the advertiser is not viewable by us.

What is a referral?

A referral is a person that you refer to the site using your referral link which is provided to you upon registration.

What is my referral link?

It will be in your registration email and in you members area.  It tracks your referrals so that you will get credit for the people you refer.

This sounds too good to be true!  How does your business model work?

We ensure you that we are a completely legitimate business.  We operate under legal terms with the companies we advertise.  Here is how the model works.  Advertisers need different methods to attract potential customers.  Therefore, they pay us to send them people who might be interested in their company through special offers.  We then turn around and give that to you in the form of a free item as a thank you for using our site.

What is required to receive credit for completing an offer?

To receive credit for an offer you must complete the requirements.  You may view the requirements by looking at the requirements tab on the offers page in your members area, or go to the special offers page located at the bottom of our website for more details.  Our requirements are simple and straight forward..

How long does it take to receive credit for an offer?

You will receive credit within 10 days of completing the offer.  There is a 10 day window to avoid fraud.

How do you know I completed an offer?

Upon registering and completing the requirements, the advertiser will notify us when you have completed the offer.

Its been awhile and I haven't received credit for my offer, what do I do?

Please do not contact the advertiser directly.  Submitting complaints or inquiries to them only jeopardizes our relationship with them, and will also result in permanent reversal of your offer completion.  This is a policy we must enforce to protect our advertisers.  They do not want to deal with individual issues and hassles.  Instead, please contact us with valid proof (like a confirmation number or email) that shows you did complete the offer.  We always do our best to investigate the issue.

When do I receive credit for my referrals sign up?

Upon a referrals registration, your account will reflect their account status.  Once they complete the offer, you will receive credit for that referral immediately!

Do my friends have to refer anyone?

Nope, not unless they want their own free gift.  You will still receive credit even if your friend doesn't refer a single person!

How do I order my gift?

Once you have completed the requirements and have the required amount of credits for the gift you desire, an order link will appear.  Click on this to submit your account for verification.  Once your account is reviewed and approved  you will be notified and your order will be shipped.
